Generally the qtr imperial or 15" by 11" are from £195 GBP excluding shipping (example price - shipping to US & Canada is £25 GBP), and the half imperial or 22" x 15" are £295 GBP excluding shipping.

I normally ship via a courier or Royal Mail as a special delivery.  Paintings are normally rolled in a strong tube for shipping.  When you receive them, gently remove from the tube and allow to unfurl naturally for say 24 hours.  After that, you can place a gentle weight on the paper to get perfectly flat again.
