Puerto Banus, was built in May 1970 by José Banús, a local property developer, as a luxury marina and shopping complex for the rich and famous, just down the road from another well known resort of Marbella.  This is the West end entrance to the Marina area, looking towards the west and a horizon of different palm trees and spiky yuccas.   Only harbour property owners or boat owners can gain access through the barricade here.  It's a great spot to see some pretty luxurious cars and possibly see a celebrity or two?
