Fivizzano - Tuscany, Via Roma after Market closed

Fivizzano, Italy, Watercolour, 15" x 11"

Town up in the hills in Tuscany. This is Via Roma (not sure why it's named that - nowhere near Rome). The reference photo was taken after the market closed - midday, and there was nobody about. Conjuring up a figure, I think it needed to be moved slightly left or right - I seem to have a light area around it which was unintentional.

Painted on Saunders Waterford, Cold Press, 300 gms.
