Porthleven, Cornwall, 15" x 11".
Against the morning light in Porthleven Harbour, and a low tide scene so I can get some extra highlights in the foreground. The background, being the town above the harbour is just hinted at with 'shapes' of houses and random windows. A bit of white gouache applied with a rigger brush is what I used for masts and railings. I could have put in a figure over on the left side - could have been easy to apply at a last stage also!
