The Church of St. Barthlomew and St. Tecla (or 'Església de Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla' in Catalan) is Sitges' most instantly recognisable landmark, thanks in part to its dramatic location perched on the Baluard headland, overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Visible all along the sea front, its lofty presence mean that locals refer to it simply as 'La Punta' or 'The Point'. Apparently it's also a popular spot for couples to get married and with that backdrop, it would make for great wedding photos.
