Campo dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo is one of the larger squares in Venice and contains the only equestrian statue in the city (in my painting on the right). This was created by the Italian sculptor Verrocchio, whose other claim to fame is that one of his students was a certain Leonardo da Vinci.
