Quarteira, Portugal, 15" x 11".
An anonymous backstreet in Quarteira, Portugal. Maybe this is one painting where I tried to use all the colours in my palette - except maybe some viridian green (which is the only green I use)! Hopefully with the composition and the angle of houses, pedestrians and parked cars, your eye is lead to the end of the street on the right had side. Many of the buildings here are white, but in the shade they inherit different surrounding colours.
