Running parallel to and just a hundered metres or so away from the sea front at Weston, St James Street is lined with many traditional fish and chip restaurants run efficiently by Greek-Cypriot families. Weston, whilst a bit shabby in areas is going through a bit of a makeover at the moment with the promenade in particular looking very smart now, along with the new pier development (even St James Street here has its Japanese Sushi bar!). Weston's a great place for west country day- trippers.
