Castillon-la-Bataille, France, Watercolour, 15" x 11"

A 3-colour palette painting of this pretty town in South West France.  The sky wash was painted into the rooftops then while it was still moist I painted in the roof colours with a slightly thicker consistency paint to get the soft edges.

Painted on Saunders Waterford, Cold Press, 300 gms.
