Some lucky splattering on the wheel - Fabriano

Fabriano, Italy, Watercolour, 15" x 11"

I'm in to splattering at the moment - in moderation though. Trying not to overdo it. But I thought the lucky strike on the nearby car wheel arch was just on target. Normally with wheels of cars, I try to understate them. To me they just don't look right with perfect wheels - tyres and so on.

Painted on Saunders Waterford, Cold Press, 300 gms.
