The main square in the town of San Sebastian with a small lottery kiosk.  A huge fig tree in the centre of the square casts a big shadow.  Maybe not the prettiest subject for a painting - the shops here in the square were fairly plain and not too much interest over to the right.  Just goes to show that half of what makes an okay painting is down to the subject.  On holidays I make take hundreds of reference photos, but only a handful can make decent subjects worthy of attempting to paint.
